Terms, Conditions and Payment

Reservations:

The reservation deposit USD100.00 nett per person should be paid by check or cable transfer upon your confirmation. The reservation deposit charge per person is included in your tour total quotation. We will deduct the reservation deposit charge from the total quotation when you send the next payment. The transfer charge is on the own.
The payment should be paid 60 days prior to the tour by check or 35 days prior to the tour by cable transfer. The transfer charge is on the own.

Cancellations and Refunds:
1. The penalty will be a certain percentage on the tour price. There is no extra penalty if the cancellation is made 45 days prior to the tour; prior to 45 to 30 days of the scheduled tour is 10%; prior to 29 to 15 days is 15%; prior to 14 to 10 days is 20%; prior to 9 to 2 days is 25%; cancellation within 2 days prior to the arrival day is 30%. After the tour, any changes of the itinerary and the unused portion caused by the client are non-refundable.
2. The reservation deposit is not refundable if the clients make the cancellation of the tours. The reservation deposit will not be calculated into the charge of the cancellation percentage.
If the client cancels the trip, the client must notify us by mail or by fax. We calculate your refund on the day we receive the written cancellation by Beijing time. All refunds to the client will be processed within 20 days of receipt of your cancellation.

Changes of the Confirmed Tours:
For any changes made 60 days prior to the confirmed tour, the client enjoys our free change services. As any change within 60-45 days before the tour made by the client affects destinations, departure date, hotel and etc., a USD30.00 per person administrative charge and air ticket cancellation fee imposed by airlines will be applied. Changes within 45 days are subject to the cancellation policy. All changes are subject to availability.

Group Size:
All our tours are individual tours. In another word, no one will join in your tours and you will not take part into any tours of others on our land services except the excursions of the Yangtze River cruise or the other cruise. The whole way you will enjoy our service of your individual guide and driver. It's flexible for you to talk about your daily departure, sightseeing and even meal time with your guide in each city.

Passports and Visas:
Please make sure that you have got the valid passport and visa 20 days before your entry to China. We can send you a free official invitation to assist you to get your visa. The invitation will only be sent after we receive the reservation deposit.
